Most of the used brushes are disposed in landfills.
Recycling combinations of wood, plastic and
metals is impossible or at least very difficult
and expensive. Therefore in some countries
used conventional brushes have a recycling
fee. We at Sajas Group realized the influence
of used brushes for the environment in the
beginning of 1990’s and desided to make a
difference as a brush maker.
All Ecoline™ products are
designed with a respect for environmental
values. Materials and structures of all Ecoline™
products have been chosen to decrease waste
and increase recycling.
Reuse
polypropylene
Polypropylene is very suitable
for utilization of energy. It has a very good
value of heat. Polypropylene can also be regranulated
and reused as a raw material.
Recycle
metals
Metal parts, if any, can be sorted so that the
used brushes do not have to be disposed in landfills
any longer.
Reasonable
assembling
On Ecoline™ products a
lot of attention has been paid to the convenience
of use. Products of 100% polypropylene are
very light and therefore easy to assemble.
Resist
weather
These products of full
plastic can be stored even outside, without
fear of damages by humidity or frost.
