From the beginning, Sajakorpi has always set new goals in the development of brush techniques. Since the 50's many world-wide patents have been granted to Sajakorpi products. Sajakorpi was the very first to discover the technique of melting together fibres in the production of street sweeping brushes.

In 1996 a brush ring consisting 100 % polypropylene was launched. Thanks to its advanced techniques and environmental friendliness, the product has opened new dimensions in the brush technology.

Because the polypropylene fibre in all our brushes is made by ourselves, we can monitor and develop the quality continuously.

To be able to meet the quality requirements of the market, we invest in continuous product development.

Our test room co-operates smoothly with our product development department. Realistic operating conditions are simulated for example by speed of rotation and press of brushing. Therefore, for instance the structural durability, brushing properties and service time can be tested.
