The
Environment Award 2007 given to Sajakorpi
Oy by the Tampere Junior Chamber of Commerce

The annual environment award
has been given to Sajakorpi Oy for its achievements
as a manufacturer of recycleable brushes for
street sweeping machines.
This award was issued for the 19th time by
Tampere Junior Chamber of Commerce, handed
by Mr. Tommi Rasila, Managing Director of
Tampere Chamber of Commerce.

Christmas
is coming!!

We have been very kind so
we will prepare for Santa Claus' visit as
follows; Sajakorpi Oy and Suomen Tekniset
Harjat in Finland and Saja GmbH in Germany
will be closed for the week 52. Apparently
people of AS Sajakorpi in Estonia have been
even more kind so they will be closed for
the week 52 and 1. We wish you all a very

Vanjuk appointed as an Export Manager of AS
Sajakorpi

The Board of Directors of
Sajas Group has appointed Kristel Vanjuk,
32, as an Export Manager of AS Sajakorpi.
She has been working for Sajas Group since
the founding of AS Sajakorpi, January 2000,
first as a secretary then as an Office Manager.
She began in her new position on 15th of June,
2007.

Summer is here. Our factory
in Estonia, AS Sajakorpi will take some rest
and be closed for 9.-29.7.2007. They will

In order to serve our customers
better, Saja GmbH moved to new facilities
located at Töpferstraße 37, Hagen
a.T.W.. Bigger office and warehouse gives
us better condition to expand our stock with
more varied range of brushes. Also the phone
and fax numbers has changed.

Sajas Group has appointed Aku-Paulus Sajakorpi,
M.Sc. (undergraduate), 29, as the new Managing
Director of Suomen Tekniset Harjat Oy. He
began in his new position on 1st of January,
2006.

Diploma
of "Profitable Idea" contest given
to Sajas Group by Tampere Junior Chamber of
Commerce

The annual "Profitable
Idea" diploma was given to Sajas Group
for its Turboline side brush. The actual award
was given to Dynaset Oy. The contest has been
held since 1977.
The diploma was handed to Aku-Paulus Sajakorpi
(1st from the right).

2005 in Ylöjärvi

Local Federation of Finnish
Enterprises in Ylöjärvi nominated
Kimmo Sajakorpi as the Entrepreneur of the
Year 2005. It was handed by the president
of the association, Mr. Mika Hiltunen.

by the City of Tampere

The annual innovation reward
of the city of Tampere was given to Kimmo
Sajakorpi. The reward was handed over by Mr.
Esa Kotilahti, the vice-mayor of the city
of Tampere in the occasion held in Tampere
City Hall.

Sajakorpi
Oy celebrated its 60th anniversary
09.04.2005
Sajakorpi Oy celebrated its
60th anniversary on the 9th of April at Tampere
Hall. It began with opera performance
Othello, production of Tampere Opera composed
by Giuseppe Verdi. At the main event many
of the staff and the finnish interest group
members were awarded by the Tampere Chamber
of Commerce & Industry and the local Federation
of Finnish Enterprises. In addition the managing
director Kimmo Sajakorpi was awarded with
"the Oscar of Brush Industry 2005"
by one of the guests!

Kimmo
Sajakorpi gained the Medal of 30 Years' Entrepreneurship

The Medal of 30 Years' Entrepreneurship
was given to Kimmo Sajakorpi at the 40th Anniversary
of Ylöjärvi Association of Finnish
Enterprises. It was handed over by Minister
of Trade and Industry, Mr. Mauri Pekkarinen
and the Mayor of Ylojärvi City, Mr. Pentti
Sivunen.

TURBOLINE
tested on German Formula 1 circuit in Hockenheim.
6.9.2004
TURBOLINE side brushes –
members of the ECOLINE product family – have
been tested by Dulevo. On this test held by
Dulevo 5000 Evolution sweepers on the Formula
1 circuit in Hockenheim TURBOLINE brushes
were put to a severe test in the presence
of the public. After thorough brushing of
Dulevo sweepers the circuit was taken by dragsters
– and naturally by real Formula 1 cars.
